EatTHIS! is a self-published cookbook series featuring easy-to-follow traditional vegetarian recipes from a particular cultural theme. The first installment is a celebration of Jade’s own cultural heritage, and a means to share the stories, traditions and flavours of her own family. It features over 40 recipes – most from her own nonna and her extended family. All are incredibly simple, easy to follow, and likely to be the most delicious thing you’ve ever made – the very essence of Italian food culture.
